Meatballs with Herbed Ricotta

A guest favorite, our meatballs are a modern take on a classic Italian staple. We start by hand-rolling each meatball with a special blend of pork and beef, each one seasoned to perfection with just a hint of spice. Served with whipped ricotta cheese blended with fresh herbs, and accompanied with our house-made focaccia bread sticks. Topped with a generous dusting of fresh parmesan cheese, we know you’ll enjoy our 1620 Meatballs.

Short Ribs

These tempting short ribs are braised in a savory au jus until they are so tender they almost melt in your mouth. Served over some herb-roasted fingerling potatoes and sweet baby carrots. Drizzled with even more au jus to create the perfect balance of savory delight, this dish is going to satisfy that pull to comfort. Take a load off in a rich environment, with even richer food, accompanied by some top-of-the-line wine.

Sweet Chili Chicken

A well-seasoned chicken breast, that’s grilled with a Sweet Chili marinade. This vibrant chicken gives you the spice yet sweetness to create a delicious blend. Served over a bed of flavorful white rice, this dish comes with the hardiness to satisfy anyone. We top it off with fresh scallions and sesame seeds, tying all these appetizing components together.

Lobster Rangoon

We hand make each Rangoon, putting in the time that is shown through the food. A blend of fresh lobster meat, whipped cream cheese, fresh chives, and our housemade seasoning blend, creating a rich filling. Each one is fried to perfection, creating a crispy and golden delight. Served with a bold sweet chili sauce, you’ll never want to put these down!

Rattlesnake Mac and Cheese

This spiced mac and cheese is a blend of cheddar and pepper jack cheese seasoned with fresh jalapenos to add a little kick to this traditional comfort food. The cheesy goodness is topped with a flavored breadcrumb topping and cheddar cheese. Baked until it is golden and crispy and served piping hot fresh from the oven, you’ll enjoy every bite of this dish.

Cajun Shrimp

Each 1620 Shrimp is tossed in a bold housemade Cajun Seasoning. The shrimp is pan-seared over a roaring heat, to create a lovely crust. Tossed with garlic, lemon, and a bit of butter, each shrimp is lathered in a flavorful sauce. Paired with our rich and zesty remoulade, each bite is packed with bursts of flavor, while complementing the classic taste of fresh shrimp. If you like seafood, you’ll love the 1620 Cajun Shrimp.

Charcuterie Board

An assortment of delicate cheeses that are carefully selected by our Executive Chef. Rich meats, such as cappa cola, prosciutto, and a variety of salami, fill in our bountiful charcuterie boards. Tied together with some bitters, pallet cleansers, and a touch of sweetness, there is something for everyone in these displays. Served with assorted crackers, and can be made gluten-free.
