Join us for another intimate pairing event at The 1620 Wine Bar on the Waterfront. Each evening’s menu is a creative collaboration between our Executive Chef and our award -winning Vintner. You’ll enjoy a welcome cocktail followed by multiple handcrafted dishes, each perfectly paired with a creative cocktail or the ideal Wine. All served in our intimate tasting room. (Limited to 15 guests so get your tickets early!)

Charcuterie paired with Beach Bubbles (Red or White)

1ST Course:

Brussel Sprouts paired with Massasoit White (Muscato)

2ND Course:

Pan Seared Salmon paired with Dry Creel (Chenin Blanc)

3RD Course:

Mussels in Red Sauce paired with Dashwood New Zealand (Pinot Noir)

4TH Course:

Meatballs with Ricotta paired with Raymond Vineyards Cab. Sav.

5TH Course:

Chocolate dessert paired with choice of Warre’s Warrior Red Port or Nautical Sanctuary White Port
