Sip is thrilled to have Plymouth’s favorite Barteneder/Mixologist, Josh Brennan back for a special evening of 4 courses of curated cocktails perfectly paired with amazing tapas. This demonstration style event will include a detailed description of the technique and ingredients that go into each of Josh’s creative cocktails as they are being crafted and served. Each drink will be accompanied by a new course of delectable tapas from our Executive Chef, Quincy Sparks.(See the full pairing menu below)
This “Speakeasy Classics” Edition includes FOUR COURSES of paired drinks and dishes.
FIRST COURSE:
Gin Rickey (Hendricks gin, fresh Lime, club soda) Paired withCajun Shrimp.
SECOND COURSE:
Classic Old Fashioned (Made using granulated sugar, bitters, Michter’s small batch bourbon) Paired with Short Rib Skewers.
THIRD COURSE:
Corpse Reviver (Absinthe Rinse, Highclere Castle gin, fresh lemon, cointreau, Lillet Blanc) Paired with hot honey fire grilled pork chop.
FOURTH COURSE:
Sidecar (VSOP Cognac, fresh lemon, cointreau, simple syrup, bitters) Paired with chocolate cobbler.
