1st course:

Street Corn | Slow roasted corn on the cob topped truffle lemon mayo, paprika & pecorino Romano.

Cocktail: Blood Orange Margarita

2nd course:

Carne Asada Empanadas | Slow cooked beef, white onion & cilantro wrapped in puff pastry & baked to perfection. Served with Salsa Verde.

Cocktail: Spicy Cucumber Cilantro Margarita with a Tajin Rim.

3rd course:

Chipotle Chicken Taquitos |Slow roasted chicken & cheddar jack rolled up in homemade corn tortillas and fried to golden perfection, topped with salsa fresca & a savory avocado crema.

4th course:

Deep Fried Churros | House made churros, dusted in cinnamon sugar, glazed with sweetened condensed milk, served with strawberry jam.
